Richmond and Wandsworth Council: Stand by Her (Men Only) Training

Stand by Her is a unique program that empowers men to become allies to women.  

It’s designed by women and delivered to men so that they can help address misogynistic behaviour effectively.
This session explores men’s behaviour and attitudes that can lead to harmful behaviour. It provides an opportunity to explore some real-life case studies and examine how men can best respond.    

Learning outcomes:  

• Increased understanding of the factors that underpin sexual harassment, abuse, and violence towards women.
• Increased understanding of the impact and harms of misogyny.
• Awareness of the range of interventions men can make.
