NHS Notts: Tackling Racism in the Workplace

Racism is unacceptable at any level of the organisation, and we all have a role in ensuring we play our part in tackling it and creating a safe and inclusive environment.

This session will:

- explore the different manifestations of racism that people may experience or witness 
- examine some of the barriers that exist to speaking out and helping others when they are affected by racist attitudes and/or behaviour
- consider the impact of racism through relevant case studies 
- share a range of practical actions that can be used
- improve your knowledge and confidence to support other colleagues when they experience racism
